What year Yamaha outboards are safe on ethanol fuel?

I have a 2001 Yamaha 115hp 2 stroke outboard. I am curious if this is safe to use with ethanol fuel, or what I need to do to make this safe for my motor

   get startron by star brite its a gasoline additive for the crappy gas use as directed on label

   read the article on ethonl fuels (google it ) its says up to e30 is safe so give it a try
