Does anyone know of grants available to build a biodiesel production plant?

I am looking to buid a 1 million gallon per year biodiesel production plant in Louisiana and would like info on what grants may be available to alternative fuel manufacturing.

   If biodiesel is economically competative, you should not need any grants, just present your business plan to any bank and they will loan you the money you need to build the plant.

   Good luck.

   Even the oil companies haven’t been able to build a refinery in the United States for the last 20 years.

   Biodiesel? How much research have you put into this potential investment? Your investment would be better spent in looking into creating a manufacturing plant for residential and commercial air compressors to supply fuel for a new pollution free vehicle or actually invest in a vehicle manufacturing plant here in the US.
