Anyone know what you have to do to use bio diesel in a new Vehicle?

bio-diesel

I would like to use Bio Diesel in my newly purchased 2500 HD pickup truck, is there anything I should know, does it harm the engine or void the warranty.

Well from what i hear, if ur car runs on diesel, it can run bio-diesel with a minor modification to the fuel filter. As for the warranty, u should talk to the warranty provider.

  3. if its a common rail diesel system, which on a new car it probably is, its a really bad idea and it will void your warranty. check with the manufacturer but i’m quite sure they won’t recommend it.
it just isn’t refined enough for a fuel system that runs such precise timing and tight clearances
