I am interested in how much it would cost for a diesel engine to be a bio diesel and if you could convert it yourself. I’ve been hearing that gas prices might be going back up so I came across this topic

It depends on the engine. Many diesels will run just fine on B100 with no modification.
Do you mean bio-diesel or WVO (waste vegetable oil) and SVO (straight vegetable oil)?
Bio-diesel by definition has been chemically processed to make it look like dino (dinosaur aka petroleum) diesel.
free…you just need a to use a microfilter to get all impurities out..like a chinese filter…or u can use a coffee filter and it will work just fine using it..without any modifications…mythbusters did it in a mercedes 180 without anything done to it
