The wind is driven by temperature difference on Earth caused by uneven heating of different places on Earth by sunlight. As long as the sun heats the Earth there will be wind.
It is always available, because it is a renewable emergy and this means that any renewable energy will never run out, just the non-renweable energy like: coal, oil, natural gas…!
Wind energy will run out only when wind stops. You need to plant new trees and also make sure that trees in the forest are not cut down to maintain wind.
