Can a mid 60′s Lincoln Continental be outfitted to run on a bio-diesel engine?

I would like to buy a Lincoln Continental to restore (1964?) but put in a bio-diesel engine. Is this even possible? I am not much of a mechanic but surely an old Benz motor would fit under the huge hood of the Lincoln. Would I need a new transmission too (Benz)?

  1. Major swap there but anything is possible but the money end of it will break your bank account
